• When To Book: For customized rentals please book at least 3 weeks in advance. The earlier you can book, the better, especially for large orders!

• Booking Confirmation: Please note rental items have not been reserved until the 50% non-refundable deposit has been received & if we do not receive the remaining balance by the due date (1 week before event date) we are not inclined to complete the services requested.
