BOOKING INQUIRY: PARTY RENTALS & CUSTOM EVENTS

When To Book: For customized rentals please book at least 3 weeks in advance. The earlier you can book, the better, especially for large orders!

Booking Confirmation: Please note rental items have not been reserved until the 50% non-refundable deposit has been received & if we do not receive the remaining balance by the due date (1 week before event date) we are not inclined to complete the services requested.

How can I rent your products?To rent from us you will need to click "Booking Inquiry" at the top of the website. From there you will click the inquiry button, which will open up our simple inquiry form. Once you fill this out and press submit, your part is done! Just be sure to be on the lookout for an email from us with your quote!

Where do you provide your services?We currently service the PeeDee area, but hope to expand our service locations as our company grows!

What happens if the weather is bad?It is YOUR responsibility to monitor the weather & arrange an indoor location as a backup plan for your outdoor event, incase of unexpected weather. As stated in our contract, we are not responsible for acts of nature, including bad weather. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for any weather related issues.

What if i want to cancel?If you need to cancel, please know we do not offer refunds on any deposits made. We put a lot of time, money and labor into our work before your event so understand this is non-negotiable.

What is required to book with you?We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure our services/rentals for your event date. Until this deposit is made, your date is not reserved. The remaining balance will be due 1 week (7 days) before your event.

What forms of payment do you accept?We accept all major credit cards- examples below: American Express (Amex) Discover MasterCard Visa Debit cards If you wish to pay with cash or a cashiers check (we do not accept personal checks at this time) we will need to agree on a date and time for you to bring the payment to us! If you have any questions about payment options let us know!

What if I need to reschedule?Depending on circumstances, we MAY be able to reschedule our services for your event. But we cannot guarantee the availability of rental items on a rescheduled event date that we are unaware of. This is why it is important for you to let us know you need to reschedule ASAP. We will be happy to inform you on our openings & modify our contract to reflect the rescheduled event date.

How soon should I book?You are welcome to book as far in advance as you like - the sooner, the better! If you are placing a large custom order, it is recommended to book a few months in advance for the best availability. Equipment rentals are subject to product availability.

Will you provide services at a private residence?Absolutely!! We are happy to set up at your house, or any private secure property.

Do you deliver?Yes! We will deliver your rental items to you! Delivery rates vary depending on the distance traveled, volume of equipment rented, delivery location, and other order specifics. When inquiring you will be able to request our delivery, set up & take down services- then during our consultation we will review all details with you. Please contact us for additional information.

Will you set up and take down the rentals?Yes we will! Setup and take down services are available for a fee. During our consultation we will review the details. Please contact us with any questions!
